1)  Get Fit! If you're not already part of a sports team, join one. Good sports teams to try some famous sports: soccer, basketball, volleyball, swimming, cheer leading, and gymnastics.


2)  Eat right. Eating the right foods will keep you fit, while keeping you full. Certain foods will help you gain muscle.




3)  Drink lots of milk and water. Milk has calcium, which helps build bones. Another healthier choice compared to milk is almond milk it has less sugar and twice as much calcium.




4)  Don't over stretch! Stretching is a good idea, but over stretching could lead to a slew of problems, like tearing a ligament or muscle.



5)  Get the right amount of sleep. It keeps you alert and focused, and besides, you wouldn't want to doze off to sleep in the middle of a workout or competition!
