Angelina Jolie is an amazing women. Do you know that during her visit in Cambodia, she started to eat insects? She says she loves cockroaches, bees, crickets and other protein-rich insects. 



Have you ever thought about going on a diet, which includes all these exotic meals? If not, it is perfectly
understandable. Don`t worry this is only one of her many secrets for astonishing outlook.

Her favorite diet menu is shown below. It is not very strict or difficult to follow, but as you can see the
results are great.

Breakfast:

Angelina Jolie knows the importance of the healthy breakfast. That`s why she takes a large cup of
coffee with milk, but no sugar and oatmeal with fruits. This is what I call a nice breakfast.

Lunch:

Vegetables, preferable steamed and a small bowl of brown rice – boiled.

Afternoon Snack

Yogurt and fresh fruits ( about 100 gr)

Dinner

Grilled Fish or Chicken with a broccoli garnish. Sounds tasty.

Basically Angelina Jolie's diet plan does not seem to include any insects, however it is very efficient.


The insect meals seem quite exotic for us, but who knows – may be they will be the new trend, which
will help us to lose weight quickly and easily.
